Requesting maintenance is simple
- Take a photo or video of the issue
- Log into your tenant portal (alternatively email firstname.lastname@example.org )
- Include your name, full property address and description of the issue
Once we receive this, we can advise the owner, and then make arrangements for the appropriate trades person to attend.
Please remember though, ALL maintenance requests must be in writing.
